Tuesday (S+G) – MAP 6 (MC) + Lunge + Pull (Horizontal)

  1. MAP 6 (MC) - Mixed Cardio:

    • 10 min easy row + 10 min treadmill incline walk (3.5mph, 10%)

  2. Lunge: Bulgarian Split Squat (4x8/leg)

  3. Horizontal Pull: Barbell Bent-Over Row (4x10)

  4. Core: Hanging Knee Tucks (3x12)
