With over 15 years of experience under my belt, I've seen first hand the incredible transformations that happen when you start lifting weights, eating right, and embracing the journey to a healthier, happier you.
My love for all things fitness started young, growing up with a love for sports that taught me the value of physical health and mental grit. This passion only deepened at the University of Arkansas, where I dove into studies in Small Business and Entrepreneurship and Exercise Science. Those years weren’t just about earning degrees—they were about building the foundation for what I knew I was meant to do: empower others to discover their strength and potential.
As a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and the proud owner of my very own private training studio (10 years), I’ve turned that passion into a mission. My goal? Hi! I'm Jack. With over 14 years of experience as a personal training coach, my mission is simple: to inspire and empower you to reclaim your health and live your best life. My journey started on the sports fields, where I first discovered my passion for physical fitness through tennis, football, and powerlifting. That passion led me to the University of Northern Iowa, where I dove deep into Exercise Science and Coaching. It was there that I turned my love for sports and fitness into a lifelong commitment to helping others achieve their healthiest, most vibrant selves.
At BodyStrong private training studio, we embrace people from all walks of life, guiding them to not only transform their bodies but also shift their mindsets, reshape their lifestyles, and adopt sustainable nutrition habits.
